Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $23.00

The Assistant Retail Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager by overseeing sales, enhancing customer service, maintaining store appearance, and managing daily operations. This position entails stepping in as acting manager during the Store Manager's absence and guiding the store team in delivering top-notch customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Lead your team in providing exemplary customer service.
- Monitor customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team members adhere to service programs.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Assist in setting team member goals and providing feedback and coaching.
- Support hiring efforts by managing recruiting tasks and participating in interviews.
- Ensure timely processing of online orders and customer communications.
- Efficiently manage customer returns and exchanges.
- Oversee that all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
- Communicate company messaging effectively with the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work schedules.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the store.
- Assist in the maintenance of store property and equipment.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification, fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
