WHAT YOU BRING TO THE POSITION:
  • An ability to provide outstanding guest service
  • An ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the food & beverage industry
  • At least 2 years of previous experience as a food & beverage manager/supervisor
  • An active Safe Food Handler certification or a willingness to obtain
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Responsible for achieving company objectives in food & beverage sales, service, quality, facility appearance, and sanitation
  • Ensures menu items are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking methods, and service standards
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of the food & beverage industry and any applicable policies, state/federal laws, and standards
  • Coaches, trains, and mentors food & beverage employees while maintaining a pleasant, productive work environment
  • Understands staffing best practices and procedures while demonstrating an ability to appropriately schedule employees based on business needs
  • Ensures all inventory and equipment is accounted for, in good working condition, and secured when not in use
  • Exercises good judgment and remains level-headed while making decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Follows appropriate cash handling and counting procedures
  • Attends staff meetings as required
