Restaurant Manager Qualifications: - Must be over 18 years of age
- 3-5 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant experience
- Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Results-driven and team-oriented mindset
