The restaurant serves sharing dishes in a casual but professional environment and seeks to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience at its South Kensington and Queensway restaurants.
As we continue to grow, we re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us maintain and elevate the standards that make CERU special.

We re looking for someone who:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
- Is energetic, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality.
- Has excellent attention to detail and customer service standards.
- Can adapt quickly to our brand s unique style and values.
- Has experience in training, developing, and motivating teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Leads by example and builds positive team morale.
- A deep appreciation for quality food and genuine hospitality.
