Current Vacancy: Assistant Restaurant Manager at Whitcomb's

This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager.

Overview:
  1. Develop the restaurant concept from a service and operational perspective, working closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless, high-quality service, standards, and attention to detail.
  2. Exceed guest expectations by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels daily, implementing new strategies to ensure consistency and high standards.
  3. Coach, develop, and mentor hosts, providing an excellent induction and ongoing development opportunities for the team, including supervisors and managers.
  4. Drive sales, manage forecasting, and control payroll budgets proactively according to business needs.
About You:
  1. Current experience in Restaurant Management or Assistant Restaurant Management within a similar operation.
  2. Outstanding leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a proven track record of team development.
  3. Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and drive sales and revenue.
  4. Strong personal ownership of tasks and goal achievement.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, with food and beverage knowledge, including fine wines.
