Job Description Pilot Flying J is looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our high-volume quick service restaurants. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective team management within our travel center.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Filling in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed
- Assisting in the selection, coaching, training, and development of team members
- Directing and assigning work to team members to maximize efficiency
- Creating a positive and engaging work environment
- Expediting food service and assisting with food preparation
- Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety regulations
Compensation Pay rates start between $41,700.00 - $60,460.00 per year.
Qualifications To be successful as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you should possess strong leadership and customer service skills. Integrity and accountability are vital to this role. Additional qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certification
- A minimum of one year of food service management experience
- The ability to work a flexible schedule
