As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant through effective management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring fast and efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment for both customers and employees.
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere among team members.
  • Ensure proper functioning of all kitchen and restaurant equipment.
Supervisory Role: You will oversee Shift Leaders and Team Members in the absence of the Manager in Charge.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and grooming are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
  • Basic knowledge of fast food operations and production procedures.
  • Ability to manage cash control and uphold quality standards.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in following both verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced setting and remain calm under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various tasks during most of the shift.
  • Team player committed to providing excellent service and cleanliness.
Job Training: Expect 8 to 18 months of training to fully develop necessary skills under general supervision.

Working Conditions: Work in a dynamic environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. You may need to work through busy periods without food or drink.

Key Activities:
  • Assist in the overall management of restaurant operations.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
  • Handle accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for headquarters.
  • Quickly prepare orders to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Contribute to a consistent and exceptional customer experience through cleanliness and service.
  • Prioritize tasks to serve customers effectively while maintaining the dining area and workstations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment to ensure smooth restaurant functions.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous manner whenever possible.
  • Report any necessary repairs for equipment or facilities promptly.
