Job Description

Pilot Flying J is currently seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the operation of our high-volume, quick-service restaurants.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in managing our restaurant operations within a travel center. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Filling in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed
  • Assisting the General Manager in selecting, coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Directing and assigning tasks to team members effectively
  • Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Expediting food service and assisting with food preparations
  • Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, quality food, cleanliness, and safety standards
Pay Rates: Starting between $46,400.00 - $67,235.00 per year

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess strong leadership abilities and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity and accountability in a managerial role.

Key requirements include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • A minimum of one year of food service management experience
