Qualifications and Experience:
- Experienced in quantity surveying and knowledgeable in all areas of construction techniques and mixed-tenure schemes
- Possess a high level of mathematical ability and problem-solving skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is essential for the role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills able to work of a wider team
- Manage own workload
- Thorough understanding of Surveying and Estimating
- Good understanding of strategic objectives and targeting financial return
- Working with procure to pay/cost reporting and document storage systems
