Location: Sisters, OR
Duration: At least 6 weeks, with potential for temp-to-perm
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20 - $26 per hour, depending on experience

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in Sisters, Oregon, to hire a dependable and motivated Assistant Property Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in property management or administrative support who enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily operations of the property, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination
  • Provide friendly and professional service to tenants, addressing questions and concerns promptly
  • Assist with coordinating property maintenance and ensuring timely completion of work orders
  • Help manage move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate property records
  • Work collaboratively with property staff and vendors to maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning property
Qualifications:
  • Experience in property management or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
