Our SRM (Strategic Real Estate Management) team is searching for a driven, relationship-focused Assistant Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by building strong partnerships, solving problems, and making an impact.
In this role, you'll play an essential part in supporting our Portfolio Managers and driving the success of a diverse real estate portfolio-building strong tenant relationships, coordinating with vendors, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage a High Volume of Calls with Professionalism: Serve as a key point of contact-fielding and routing calls from vendors, tenants, and internal partners while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.
  • Support Property Management Operations: Partner with Portfolio Managers to support leasing administration activity, move-ins and move-outs, vendor coordination, and customer communication.
  • Deliver High-Quality Administrative Support: Organize calendars, prepare reports and correspondence, coordinate meetings, and maintain documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with Project Oversight: Support Capital and Operating projects by coordinating logistics and ensuring timelines and vendor deliverables are met.

You're comfortable answering and directing a high volume of calls and know how to make every interaction feel supportive, efficient, and respectful. What You'll Bring
  • 2-3+ years of administrative support experience (real estate/construction background preferred)
  • Comfortability handling frequent phone communication with multiple stakeholders and maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented tone.
  • Strong communication skills and Tech Savvy - both written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendaring software, and general internet tools
  • Bonus: Administrative and high-level customer service experience and project management familiarity
  • A valid driver's license is required if driving is an essential job function and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g., ride-hailing, carpooling, bicycling, walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within equivalent travel time or cost to the employer.

Our Compensation Philosophy

Fenton's goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive - and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. To support this goal, we obtain annual market data for each role from similar organizations in the applicable market to ensure we are paying based on current market information. Some of our roles include variable pay, which includes commissions and/or a bonus structure intended to incentivize performance where it matters most.

The compensation range for this position is $27- $34/hr plus a 5-10% annual bonus opportunity.
