Compass Communities is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across multiple apartment communities. This multi-site role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and experienced in leasing or community operations. You'll work directly with Community Leads to deliver consistent support, ensure operational continuity, and build strong resident relationships, especially with our Spanish-speaking residents.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-site and remote support across multiple properties, assisting Community Leads in daily operations and leasing.
- Handle leasing responsibilities including follow-ups, showings, lease execution, applicant screenings, and move-ins.
- Accurately manage lead tracking, guest cards, and follow-ups in CRM platforms while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
- Coordinate vendor appointments, maintenance follow-ups, and property condition reviews.
- Help resolve resident concerns with professionalism and urgency, fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Serve as a Spanish-speaking liaison for residents, translating during meetings or communications when necessary.
- Support onboarding and training reinforcement for leasing and office staff to promote cross-property consistency.
- Maintain strong communication with regional leadership regarding performance metrics and operational challenges.
- Provide temporary property coverage during vacancies, time off, or peak leasing periods.
Qualifications: - Must be bilingual in Spanish. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, or customer facing administrative roles.
- Ability to travel between properties and manage multi-site priorities with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with property management systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with diverse teams and residents.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility required.
Compensation: - Base salary depends on overall experience - 65K+
