Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager:
- Serve as the go-to resource for tenant requests, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and service work orders, keeping operations running smoothly.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating vendor bids and proposals to ensure top-tier service providers.
- Oversee contract services, ensuring compliance and high-quality execution.
