Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary contract with potential for permanent hire



Job Overview: LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our client's team in Bend, OR. This role is perfect for someone with experience in affordable or tax credit properties, looking to make a meaningful impact in the community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the community, ensuring a high standard of living for tenants.
  • Support the Community Manager in managing affordable or tax credit documentation.
  • Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leasing and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for property management.
  • Participate in community events and activities to foster a positive living environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or a similar industry.
  • Experience working with affordable or tax credit properties is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in property management or related field is a plus.
