What You'll Do
  • Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Assist with LIHTC compliance, including certifications, leasing, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate resident files and financial records
  • Respond to resident concerns and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Help with rent collection and reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support

Experience Required for Your Success

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on affordable housing
  • Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO)
  • Specialist in Housing Credit Management (HCM) preferred
  • Must have working knowledge of LIHTC compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
