LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized, experienced Assistant Property Manager in Orlando, FL to assist in commercial property management and project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and a strong project management/executive assistant background.
Responsibilities:
- Review and abstract leases
- Help to manage renewals an increases
- Manage the project schedule and administration for up to 80 locations
- Understanding tenant requirements at each location
- Will handle any tenant issues.
- General project assistance
Qualifications/Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing and commercial property management
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience managing multiple commercial locations
- Can multi-task and has great communication skills
Work Type
- Contract to hire, full time, hybrid schedule
- Pay: $29-31/hr
Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
