Resource Coordination

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and support Project Engineers, helping with their professional growth.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop plans to reduce their impact.

Communication

  • Be the main contact for clients, subcontractors, and other key players.
  • Provide regular updates and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Quality Control

  • Maintain high quality standards throughout the construction process.

Team Motivation

  • Lead by example, build team morale, and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing construction projects
  • Strong leadership and planning skills
  • Solid financial management and budgeting ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (or degree + certification)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Focus on safety, quality, and meeting deadlines

The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering successful projects, supporting team growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.
