Client Details
Our client was founded over 30 years ago as a drywall contractor in Baltimore, MD. After years of gaining a reputation built around excellence and superior service, they expanded their company to include real estate development, general contracting, and construction management. Their projects consist of apartment buildings, entertainment facilities, data centers, and more ranging from $5M to $100M+. They are currently looking to grow their team by bringing on an experienced Assistant Project Manager. This person will start on a large-scale data center project in Northern VA.
Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Project - Sterling will be responsible for:
- coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
- maintaining accurate project documentation
- monitoring project progress
- attending project meetings
- completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- reporting into a Project Manager
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Project - Sterling will have:
- at least 3 years of experience in construction
- a degree in a construction-related field
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong time management and organizational skills
