Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including pricing and scope, and proactively communicate with clients to ensure alignment.
  • Review and verify project designs, specifications, and vendor details, including experience with leading vendors like Allegion and Assa Abloy.
  • Provide accurate material estimates, ensuring adherence to company standards and local codes.
  • Assess customer needs, identify deficiencies, and recommend solutions to code issues.
  • Support the sales team by delivering expertise during the estimating and buyout stages.
  • Lead take-offs for commercial doors, frames, and hardware and assist with blueprint reading and construction procedure interpretation.
