Description
- Project Assistance: Support multiple Project Managers with various tasks, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and budget tracking to ensure smooth project progression.
- Subcontract Management: Oversee and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring all parties meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Plan Review: Regularly review project plans and documentation, identifying and troubleshooting potential issues to ensure projects are completed to client satisfaction.
- Documentation & Communication: Utilize Procore and MS Office to track project updates, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Compliance & Safety: Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations, fostering a safe working environment on all job sites.
Profile
- Experience: 1-2 years as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role, ideally with exposure to neighborhood development or residential projects.
- Process-Driven Mindset: Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to follow structured processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Procore and MS Office for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Collaborative Approach: Thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to learn from seasoned Project Managers.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Identifies issues early, seeks solutions, and adapts to changing project demands.
