Description


  • Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.

  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to avoid delays and cost overruns.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

  • Address any issues that arise during the construction process and propose solutions.


Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. A solid understanding of construction processes, project management software, and strong communication skills are essential. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
