We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our Construction team. The ideal candidate should be able to assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Description
- Support the Project Manager in project planning and execution
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Prepare and update project reports and presentations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and risks

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
