Our client is well-established, premiere, General Contractor based in Manhattan specialized in high-end interior construction for commercial projects (Offices and Hospitality projects) and they are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.

Description

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responible for the following:

  • Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Track schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Perform site walks and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained

  • Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget

Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience with high-end commercial interior projects (office or hospitality preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.) is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
