Description
Assist Project Managers with estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for luxury residential projects
Support procurement efforts, ensuring materials and subcontractors are coordinated and on schedule
Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to identify project scope and requirements
Maintain project documentation, contracts, and change orders
Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving field challenges proactively
Ensure high-quality standards are upheld in every aspect of the build
Contribute to a collaborative, hands-on team environment, taking pride in the details of each project
Profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Background in Residential/Custom homes preferred but not a must
- A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
