Description




  • Assist Project Managers with estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for luxury residential projects


  • Support procurement efforts, ensuring materials and subcontractors are coordinated and on schedule


  • Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to identify project scope and requirements


  • Maintain project documentation, contracts, and change orders


  • Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution


  • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving field challenges proactively


  • Ensure high-quality standards are upheld in every aspect of the build


  • Contribute to a collaborative, hands-on team environment, taking pride in the details of each project

Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Background in Residential/Custom homes preferred but not a must
  • A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
