Description
- Work side-by-side with Project Managers
- Contacting subcontractors and vedors during bid process
- Project scope of work development
- Project planning and implementation of activities
- Document management and logging including safety documentation, submittals, drawing logs, RFIs, transmittals, close out documents, meeting minutes
- Subcontractor and superintendent coordination
- Travel to job sites as required by PM and or/superintendents
Profile
- 1-3 years' experience
- Will speak with current APMs, Project Engineers, or Field Engineers
- Degree preferred but not required
- Background in Procore or P6 preferred
- Healthcare or tilt-wall preferred, will also look at good commercial backgrounds
- This hire is not tied to a specific project
- Examples of upcoming projects: Ground-up hospitals, ground-up tilt wall buildings, hospital expansions, general commercial
