Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Lincolnton will be expected to:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Manage project documentation, contracts, submittals, and RFIs
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and project reporting
Profile
The successful Assistant Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Lincolnton should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience as a Project Egineer or an Assistant Project Manager
- Experience working on commercial projects
- BS in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Applicable construction software knowledge
- Strong Drive and Motivation.
