Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager who is passionate about the Medical Device industry. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and business acumen, with a keen interest in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with project/program management to drive day to day task accountability
• Manage PMO tools and tracking mechanisms
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, clinical, and commercial functions.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Document meetings, actions, and deliverables in a central location

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related field
• Minimum 2 years' of related experience
• Proficient at using project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with wide-range of business functions
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
