Description
Support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
Assist with subcontractor and vendor management, procurement, and scheduling
Track project costs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports
Attend project meetings and coordinate between field and office teams
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Help maintain client satisfaction by providing responsive and professional communication
Profile
2-5 years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction, ideally with a GC
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Eagerness to learn and grow into a future Project Manager role
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $80,000-$95,000 depending on experience
