Our client is a national, vertically integrated builder/developer of multifamily projects. Their typical project ranges from $100M to $200M. They have a strong presence here in the Mid-Atlantic with projects in DC, MD, & VA. They have a large-scale project coming up in the Charlottesville area and are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager - National Builder/Developer will be responsible for:

  • coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
  • maintaining accurate project documentation
  • monitoring project progress
  • attending project meetings
  • completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • reporting into a Project Manager

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager - National Builder/Developer will have:

  • at least 3 years of experience in construction
  • new construction multifamily experience required
  • a degree in a construction-related field
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong time management and organizational skills

Job Offer
