Reports directly to Construction Manager & Business Partner

Willing to dig in and figure things out-no hand-holding needed
Self-starter who asks smart questions
Takes direction well, follows through without hesitation
Comfortable picking up the phone-strong communicator
Loves the field-jobsite presence is key
No client-facing work-support role focused on internal team execution
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily site coordination and job tracking
Support in managing schedules, trades, and materials
Help hit key milestones and project deadlines
Document jobsite progress and report challenges/issues
Troubleshoot and propose solutions proactively
