Assistant Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing industrial and data center construction projects from planning to completion.
- Help with budgeting, estimating, and project scheduling, ensuring smooth execution of timelines and cost controls.
- Coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project milestones.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Support with ensuring safety, quality control, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take initiative to troubleshoot issues and proactively support the project's progress.
Assistant Project Manager Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial and/or data center construction projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with project management software and a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
