Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Marketing Focus)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives within residential real estate developments. This role involves working closely with internal project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure marketing campaigns and project deliverables are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of project management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Support project managers in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating project timelines, schedules, and budget tracking.
  • Monitor ongoing project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Anticipate project challenges and help develop mitigation strategies.

2. Coordination with Clients & Vendors

  • Organize and oversee scheduling of property photography and other visual content.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of signage and promotional materials.
  • Serve as a key contact between internal teams, clients, and sales agents to ensure alignment and clarity across all parties.

3. Marketing & Content Support

  • Review and edit marketing materials and email communications for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to support the development of marketing assets.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing social media campaigns through scheduling, planning, and data analysis.

4. Site Visits & Quality Control

  • Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure marketing assets are properly implemented and accurately represent the product.
  • Provide actionable feedback and coordinate improvements as needed.

5. Client Services & Team Support

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure project satisfaction and clarity.
  • Assist sales teams by supplying up-to-date materials and guidance on compliance requirements.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Track and organize all project documentation and communications.
  • Compile post-project performance data and prepare summaries for internal review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, project coordination, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello) and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
