Description

  • Oversee project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and time lines.
  • Coordinate project tasks and facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control and reporting.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to address challenges and maintain progress.
  • Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Track schedules and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Review and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders

Profile

  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other related field
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate diverse project teams and ensure smooth execution
  • Experience using Procore or other related softwares
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and managing subcontractor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
