TITLE: Assistant Principal
Full Time, 12-month position
Exceptional Education Department
DUTIES: Successful candidate must embrace an unyielding belief that all students, teachers, and staff can succeed and be eager to support them in their growth. Candidate will lead and support curriculum training for various staff, participate in leadership meetings focusing on instruction, conduct various teacher/staff trainings, facilitate faculty meetings, share summer school program management and leadership, investigate and complete the discipline process and DASA complaints, conduct teacher and staff evaluations, attend district CSE meetings, interface with district CSE chairs, help manage crises, and perform all other administrative tasks as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS: NYS School Administrative Certification (SAS, SDA) is required. Previous successful administrative experience is desirable. Previous Special Education experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be chosen by demonstrating the heart, willingness to learn, and the drive to see others succeed. Transitional support will be provided.
START DATE: July 1, 2025
SALARY: $73,100-$86,000. Excellent benefit package
