Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Office Manager at Watters & Associates CPA, located in Roseburg, OR. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible aiding the office manager with a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Day-to-day tasks include managing office supplies, handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office equipment. The role also involves coordinating with other staff, assisting with customer service, and supporting office administration functions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and/or Office Administration Experience with managing and maintaining Office Equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Manager or Administrator is a plus
