Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Office Manager role located on-site in Dallas, TX. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, handling customer service inquiries, and overseeing general office administration tasks.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual is a MUST
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Experience with Office Equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in office management is a plus
  • HR or Finance is a plus

We operate Monday- Thursday, 6am-430pm and would require some work from Home or offIce on Fridays.
