Assistant Nursing Manager

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing patient care and nursing practice during their assigned shift within the Critical Care Team.
•  Provides clinical supervision and coordinates unit operations in collaboration with other departments under the Nurse Manager's guidance.
•  Ensures high-quality clinical outcomes, positive patient experience, and staff engagement while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
•  Acts as a leadership extension, adhering to hospital policies, codes of conduct, and compliance standards.
•  Requires at least 3 years of recent clinical experience, a BSN, and a current CT RN license. Clinical or leadership certification is preferred.
