Schedule: Full Time, Three (3) 12-hour shifts
Shift : Night 7pm-7am (with weekend rotation)
The community you ll be caring for: AdventHealth Palm Coast 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast, Florida 32164
The role you ll contribute: The ANM is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.

Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the performance improvement model of the organization.
Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM
Business of Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care economics as it applies to the delivery of patient care

The expertise and experiences you ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
Graduate of school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma.
Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
