BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager/Patient Care Leader to join our outstanding and compassionate Pediatric GI/Neuro unit at St. Joseph s Children s Hospital.
Position Description: Assistant Nurse Manager/Patient Care Leader
The Assistant Nurse Manager/Patient Care Leader is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a brad level of accountability for outcomes. Provides 24 hour/7 day accountability care for assigned patients. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS
- 2 years RN acute care experience
- BSN
- 1 year Leadership experience preferred
- Pediatric Experience preferred
