The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Delivery Room team on the night shift at our Mullica Hill location. In this position, you'll serve as lead nurse for care coordination, which includes daily assignments of staff, utilization of nursing resources and effective delivery of care to patients. We'll rely on you to collaborate with the Nurse Manager/Clinical Director to improve staffing models and patient care implementations, participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback, engage in shared governance councils and manage unit-based nurse practice council functions. Occassionally, you may also serve as a house supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse

BSN or MSN graduates preferred

Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey

American Heart Association BLS

Proven expertise in management principles and clinical nursing skills

National Certification in speciality area required within 3 years of hire
