Assistant Nurse Manager

The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager to join our ICU team at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill in Mullica Hill, NJ for the night shift. We'll rely on you to supervise staff in the implementation of patient care, oversee staffing and take part in assignments during high census situations. You will coach staff and participate in performance evaluations. You may serve as a house supervisor as needed after completing training and competency.

Qualifications:
BSN required; MSN preferred
2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current New Jersey licensure
American Heart Association BLS
National Certification in ICU required within 3 years of hire
