This 250+ bed community facility supports a medical staff of all types of health care professionals and offers a comprehensive array of medical services and specialties, encompassing Emergency Medicine, Surgical Services, various health clinics, Infusion, and Ancillary Services. As a County-owned institution, the Assistant Nurse Manager of the PACU will become part of a team and facility dedicated to prioritizing the needs of the community it serves, committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each patients unique requirements.
Under the supervision of the Manager of Surgical Services, the Assistant Nurse Manager of the PACU will be responsible for managing both the clinical and administrative aspects of the Same Day Surgery and Post-Operative Care units. Duties entail personnel management and fostering staff development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to all regulatory standards, acting as a clinical authority, and assisting in the oversight of departmental resources and finances.
