Job Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the planning, organization, and evaluation of patient care operations on a 24-hour basis. Key responsibilities include operationalizing the medical center's mission and values, fostering a supportive nursing environment, and contributing to the Nursing Department's ongoing operations. The ANM collaborates with other departments and assists the Nurse Manager in guiding and evaluating patient care staff.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred) Current Ohio RN license 2-3 years of clinical experience Certification in nursing administration or clinical expertise required Demonstrated leadership skills Regular position with varying shifts.
