This full-time Assistant Nurse Manager role offers a structured path into nurse leadership within a specialized NICU setting. You'll work the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and won't carry a patient load-but you'll be ready to jump in when needed.

Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:
Support the Nurse Manager with daily operations, staffing, and patient care delivery
Provide coaching, mentorship, and real-time leadership for nursing staff
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support services to ensure smooth unit flow
Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives
Help maintain a culture of clinical excellence and professional development

What You'll Bring:
Active RN license (Ohio)
BSN required; MSN preferred
At least 3 years of NICU, PICU, or L&D experience
BLS required; NRP or PALS preferred based on unit
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Familiarity with Epic or other EMR systems
