Scope of Position: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in leading a care team to deliver patient-focused care, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. The ANM is involved in planning, organizing, and evaluating patient care operations on a 24-hour basis, aligning with the Medical Center's mission and goals.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's preferred.
Required Qualifications: Current Ohio RN license, 2-3 years of clinical experience, leadership skills, and relevant certifications.
Unit Overview: 11 West Doan is a 27-bed unit specializing in a range of medical issues, emphasizing team-centered care and staff development.
Shifts: Regular 40 varying shifts.
