This full-time opportunity is ideal for a Primary Care Physician ready to expand into medical leadership while continuing to provide direct care.

As Assistant Medical Director, you'll help shape care delivery across multiple facilities in Kentucky-leading clinical initiatives and mentoring a team while maintaining a small panel of high-acuity patients.

What You'll Do:
Oversee care across multiple facilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Provide direct care to a small panel of complex patients
Mentor and support a high-functioning provider team
Drive quality improvement initiatives and support efficient operations

What You'll Bring:
Active Kentucky medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
Background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency, Urgent Care, or Hospice
Strong experience in geriatric care
VA healthcare experience is a plus but not required
