Key Responsibilities: - Complete training requirements, including the Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and Food Safety Certification.
- Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed expectations.
- Coach and develop team members through effective training.
- Create work schedules that comply with company standards.
- Plan and delegate tasks while maintaining communication and adjusting expectations as necessary.
- Supervise and lead team members to achieve operational success.
- Uphold service and cleanliness standards consistently.
- Address performance concerns with your General Manager.
- Support team development through mentorship and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive work culture and high team morale.
- Handle guest and team member issues respectfully and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all Zaxbys procedures and local laws.
- Utilize management tools accurately for record keeping.
- Perform additional duties as required for smooth operations.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Open availability with a commitment to a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Physical Capabilities: - Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasional bending, crouching, or climbing as needed.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Continuous use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Perceptive to audio-visual cues in the environment.
- Experience working in varied temperature conditions.
- Safe operation of restaurant equipment.
