Responsibilities: - Complete training requirements, including the Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and Food Safety Certification.
- Enhance guest experiences by exceeding expectations.
- Train and coach team members to ensure their success.
- Develop and manage work schedules in line with company standards.
- Lead and supervise the team to achieve operational goals.
- Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Address performance issues with your General Manager.
- Mentor team members and assist in their reviews.

Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older.

- 1-3 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred.
