Key Responsibilities: - Manage workforce effectively to ensure excellent customer service on the sales floor.
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding the best products for their needs.

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and nurturing a customer-centric atmosphere.
- Analyze business performance and drive improvement based on key metrics.

- Coordinate tasks and financial performance using company resources.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain high merchandising standards and effective product placement.
- Minimize losses through excellent customer service and rigorous operational controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile: - A positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven leadership experience and customer engagement capabilities.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in software such as Outlook and Excel.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Capacity to stand or walk for prolonged periods; ability to climb a ladder as necessary.
- Available for various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with at least two closing shifts weekly.

Compensation for this position ranges from $22.50 - $29.00 per hour depending on experience and location.
