Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent sales and customer service.
  • Mentor and train our commissioned sales associates to enhance customer experiences and drive sales profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring satisfaction with their purchases and deliveries.
  • Develop high-performing sales teams by setting individual and team goals and providing the necessary coaching.
  • Participate in the sales process to enrich customer engagement and to educate your team.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment.
  • Foster positive morale among staff, promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills to motivate teams and achieve results.
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in the furniture industry with a focus on managing commissioned sales associates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A strong desire to excel in a sales-driven environment.
